What makes this real.

  • One product per week. No exceptions. Monday to Sunday. If a week ends without a shipped product, that week is marked as a miss publicly. Honest counter — not a highlight reel.

  • 12-hour Saturday build. 8am to 8pm. The whole week is thinking, writing, planning. Saturday is building. If it's not shipped by 8pm, it's next week's problem.

  • Every number is public. Including revenue of £0. Including zero users. Including products that didn't work. The retro is the product.

  • No prebuilt ideas. Ideas come from lived experience, pressure-tested in the week leading up to the build. No saving up a backlog of polished concepts.

  • Each product gets its own domain and support. The lab account (@abdibedellab) is the distribution. The product is the product.
