The Rules
—One product per week. No exceptions. Monday to Sunday. If a week ends without a shipped product, that week is marked as a miss publicly. Honest counter — not a highlight reel.
—12-hour Saturday build. 8am to 8pm. The whole week is thinking, writing, planning. Saturday is building. If it's not shipped by 8pm, it's next week's problem.
—Every number is public. Including revenue of £0. Including zero users. Including products that didn't work. The retro is the product.
—No prebuilt ideas. Ideas come from lived experience, pressure-tested in the week leading up to the build. No saving up a backlog of polished concepts.
—Each product gets its own domain and support. The lab account (@abdibedellab) is the distribution. The product is the product.
Build log on X every week. Retros land Sunday nights. If one of the products solves a real problem for you, that's the point.
